Formerly a chef at West Concord's Woods Hill Table, Gavin Lambert's new start up, WECO (short for West Concord) Hospitality, offers a fixed menu, with a limited number of farm to table meals Tuesday-Friday, and a completely novel pricing model. Diners are charged for the cost of food and, if applicable, a delivery fee. Labor is excluded; any additional amount paid by diners goes to the WECO chefs and team.

The upcoming week's menu is released at 9 PM on Thursdays to those who have signed up for WECO's newsletter; ordering opens at noon on Friday. Diners are notified by noon on Saturday as to whether they made the dinner list for the week, and on which days.  (You can sign up for a meal on just one day, or up to all four days.) In addition to a creative menu, WECO offers beer, wine and cocktail options too.  Dinners are delivered to Newton or picked up in West Concord. To sign up for WECO's newsletter click HERE. If you'd like to read more about WECO, here's an article from Forbes.
