Like us, you may drive right by Frost and Float Spa on Washington Street in West Newton without even knowing it’s there. Just down the road from Trader Joe’s, this wellness center caters to both recovering athletes and those seeking holistic therapies for improving overall wellness—like cryotherapy for addressing chronic pain, float therapy for quelling insomnia, and infrared sauna sessions for stress relief. New owner Katie Concannon is completing renovations to Frost and Float and adding new services—like facials, iv infusions, and Ayurvedic 1:1 consults and bodywork—making it a one-stop spot for alternative healing and overall health.
New to these types of services? Frost and Float Newbies get special first time pricing. All treatments are moderately priced, ranging from $30 for a first time infrared sweat, $39 for a freeze, and $69 for a float. It’s a small price to pay for feeling well and achieving balance in our minds and bodies. OH, and marathon runners get 20% off services through April. Open Monday- Saturday, and while walk-ins before 6 PM are welcome, appointments are advised.
