Located in the Upper Falls historic district, there’s nothing cookie-cutter about Bettina's Bakery. Run by two professional pastry chefs (Bettina is from Germany and Naun is from Honduras), this one-of-a-kind eatery seamlessly blends together multicultural flavors with American tastes. Here you’ll find diners sitting down for breakfast and lunch enjoying conchas, cubanos, horchata, streuselkuchen, and schnitzel along with their turkey sandwiches and salads.
Featured on Chronicle and in the Globe, Bettina’s also turns out some of the best seasonal pies, muffins, scones, and custom cakes in the city, and offers catering for corporate events or parties at home. For the April holidays Bettina has flourless chocolate cakes, not too sweet coconut macaroons, carrot cakes, lemon pound cakes, and mixed berry pies. Contact Bettina's to place order for bakery pick up--email, fill out ordering form on website or call (617) 206-2001. Hours: 7:30-3 Monday-Friday and 8-3 on Saturday. Closed Sundays.
