Better Life Food

Prior to the pandemic, many of us had never heard of caterer Better Life Food—they were tucked away in their Nonantum kitchen, churning out always perfect food for their catering gigs. When the pandemic cancelled their events, Better Life Food pivoted to feeding the community, and Newton’s freezers were stocked with their comfort foods. Well, this company’s catering business is flying high again, but Better Life Food will be back this Saturday with prepared food and baked good for easy summer meals.

Matt Day Woodworks

Matt's stunning handcrafted carved wood items for your home and table have a strong following. His hand wrought spoons, bowls, and serving boards are items of functional beauty. Crafted one at a time, mostly using hand tools, from local reclaimed trees, they are items to cherish, admire, and use.

Corinne Rhode

Corinne Rhode is a travel and landscape photographer based in Needham Massachusetts. Her goal is to capture the beauty and points of interest all around us, both in the details and in the expansive.

Tasha & Jocelyn Chemel

Tasha is a ceramic artist and her winter white glazed bowls, vases and mugs are simply stunning. While they can be admired as works of art, they are also workhorses in the kitchen--as each piece is dishwasher and microwave safe. One of this artist's specialties are custom braille mugs. As an exacting artist who is also blind, each of Tasha's pieces is a labor of love and an item to be cherished. Jocelyn, a mixed media artist and a jewelry designer, recently turned her creativity to painting, and will be showcasing her colorful, small landscapes.
