Now livestreaming classes, this  Auburndale-based studio combines high intensity exercise and low impact movement. Cardio High integrates a dynamic warm-up with intervals that combine strength, cardio, functional movement, and core exercises.  Classes are held throughout the day, featuring different instructors. Try your first class for free.

Trainer Kristen Collinson offers a full menu of online classes, seven days a week, and a support network to keep clients fit, moving, and healthy. Offerings include HIIT, Strength, Conditioning, Recovery and Indoor Cycling, with class lengths from 30 - 60 minutes.  1:1 training through Zoom or socially-distanced option also available, with small group trainings once state regulations allow. Online classes free for front line healthcare workers & 2020 brides!

Fitness Coach Chris Johnson has moved his personal training online and is also offering physically distanced outdoor home workouts. Currently, family members and small friend groups can join an in-person training session for free.  Chris keeps in touch with all clients virtually, tracking and monitoring their progress, while challenging them to improve their fitness. A great option for a family or small group of friends!
