Join the group Newton Talks Race to continue the BLM and Social Justice Movement in Newton. This is an introductory meeting to bring together concerned community members, activists and organizations. Face coverings and physical distancing required.

Sidewalk Sale

Grab your mask, yoga mat, and wallet, and head down to Auburndale Square to support local merchants through the current challenging business environment. Take a 9 AM outdoor yoga class, pick up a children's craft activity bag outside the library, enjoy live classical music, shop the sales, color in sidewalk tattoos, stock up on hand sanitizer, and grab breakfast or lunch. Just make sure to wear a face covering and maintain physical distance from those outside of your family groups. 9-10 AM

Outdoor Yoga

Outdoor yoga class, led by instructor Tara Cassidy. This class is a vinyasa flow, designed for adults of all levels and abilities. So whether you're new to yoga or have lots of experience, Tara will guide participants through a series of exercises and poses to increase strength and balance.

Class is capped at 15 students, so sign up ASAP to reserve your spot by emailing Tara at NewtonYogaholistichealth@gmail.com $15 Class Fee. Please bring a mat, wear a face covering, and bring yoga blocks (if you have them). 10 AM-12 PM
